Through this new project, Giovanna Debattista seeks to enhance the range of services it offers to its esteemed clientele.
The investment is being made with support from the European Union under the European Regional Development Funds (PA 3 of the Operational Programme 1 for Malta – Enhancing Malta’s competitiveness through investment in SMEs) through the SME Diversification and Innovation Grant Scheme which forms part of the portfolio of schemes under the Business Enhance ERDF Grant Schemes. Business Enhance will be supporting the project by up to EUR 152,956.53.
The project is essentially about the development of an innovative concept boutique hotel which combines quality luxury accommodation with health and wellness.
It entails the undertaking of the relevant demolition, excavation and construction works necessary, carrying out the necessary investments in terms of finishing of the property, invest in equipment, furniture, fittings and furnishings to enable the hotel to function as intended.
